My Favorite Movie is Legally Blonde! I agree with Elle Woods, no offence Aerostotle, I am passonate about the Study of Law. In 1993,When I was pregnant with my daughter Mariah, I was denied unemployment benefits. Unemployment stated "Due to my pregnancy I was unable to work and therefore could not perform my weekly job searchs, which was mandatory in order to recieve Unemployment Payments". I appealed their decision and won my case and collected back pay. In 1996, I represented my cousin and won an Appeal against the Department of Economic Security for denial of TANF, Temporary cash assistance for single mothers. In 2004, I won another unemployment appeal for myself. In 2019, I was denied unemployment because my former employer accidently reported $11,000 in wages to another persons social security number. I prepared an extensive wage protest against that employer and won.
